U.S. Air Pollution Laws Mandate Cross-State Restrictions, what about Cross-Border?

Some good news for the air pollutions that drifts our way from across the border. Factories and power plants in Michigan must now adhere to a new US rule that sets greater limits on that pollution that crosses state lines. So what could this new rule mean for us? Derek Coronado, coordinator of the Citizens Environment Alliance in Windsor spoke with AM800's Rusty Thomson.
